Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube. Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate. We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card. I ordered my sister a card plus a bracelet to go with it for her 18th birthday. The card came but the bracelet didn’t. I was told to look again by the customer service team via email, even though I had ripped the whole envelope apart looking for it! They then asked if they could send another one which I would have been very grateful for. The next day my email ticket was closed down and I’m yet to see the bracelet… I know a lot of people may try and scam but I have genuinely not received it and I’m so annoyed at the customer service that I have just accepted the £15 loss. Wouldn’t buy from then again.
Order did not turn up. Second order to do this. Picked a specific date nearly a week later and still not arrived
Boomf is fun, innovative, good value for money and just a bit different from run of the mill greetings cards. I’ve just ordered more mallows as Xmas pressie for my mum and a cannon card as a surprise for an anniversary. Love this creative site- I should add- it’s easy to use too, great for a non-techie like myself!
