We believe in making special occasions that little bit more special. Our journey started with the personalised Marshmallow, aka The Edible Selfie which launched in December 2014. Since then we have launched an exploding card range! The original exploding card, the Boomf Bomb, bursts free from the envelope in a confetti shower and leaves you with a personalised photo cube. Other products include the oh-so-cute Wild Card Collection, the flying Flutter Card and mouth watering Personalised Chocolate. We aim to spread smiles and put the joy back into sending a card. Send more than a card.
Boomf kindly sent me a free delivery code so I decided to take advantage. On site the cards were listed as £9.99 (usually £7.99) but buy two for £10. Well obviously I want 2 for £10. Personalised two cards, got to checkout, checked my order, clicked PayPal, when the payment had processed i checked my confirmation email....only one Card. Apparently you can't use free delivery with the other offer. They expect you to guess this though as it never showed during checkout. Spoke to customer service immediately, who refused to issue me a refund....even though I contacted them within two mins of ordering. Took a whole day of back and forth messages to be told to refuse delivery for a refund.......I'm still waiting for my money. Don't bother with this company. The last boomf I got didn't even pop. Buy from a small business and get a decent service.
Easy to order and arrived on time (always good). Perhaps a bit more choice for male vegans? Otherwise a great product and would recommend.
The process was easy although I gave them more than 2 Weeks the delivery was late I did email them and had a reply within 2Days to check the address they had for delivery finally the card was delivered 2Day later no apology for the late delivery or refund for the disappointment it caused to the Recipient on there special Day.
Fabulous products creating memorable moments. Can't rate highly enough.
Arrived a little later than expected but still in time.... Great product, but price is high for what you get.

Lovely product and great service. Easy to maneuver around the website. Only problem I had was I wish there'd been instructions included in the envelope as I hadnt realised the boomf card was directly inside the tear strip so opened one of them & got covered in wonderful confetti. I've had to carefully place it back in the box secured with a rubber band. Good job my sister knows I'm useless with new gadgets.

Take my advice. Just order from Moonpig! At least they deliver on time as promised not missing people’s special occasions. Ordered in plenty of time, paid for first class delivery and nothing. Poor, poor service. And yes I have emailed you and included screenshots of order confirmations etc! First and last time I use Boomf. Can see it’s becoming a pattern not delivering items for customers judging from these reviews yet you’ll happily take money for a service not provided!
