I recently placed and large order of the Boomf Bombs and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I am planning to use these to do a “Bridesmaid Proposal” for my upcoming wedding and Georgia answered all of my (many) questions right away with such speed and kindness, and helped me feel at ease with such an important purchase! Stepan helped troubleshoot payment questions and again, had amazing speed and wonderful customer service through the many emails! I placed my order on Monday and received the order on Friday in the US! Insanely fast and efficient delivery. The Factory team that put together my order had everything organized beautifully in separate envelopes labeled by each Bridesmaid’s name, and made sure to have two Bridesmaids with the same name labeled correctly! I highly recommend Boomf for your next occasion gift! Thanks a million Georgia, Stepan, and the rest of the Boomf team! 💖🥳

I ordered Birthday box card at 1.50pm 17th August for delivery on the 18th, order stated that if placed before 4pm the delivery date would be 18th, I received an email confirming delivery date of 18th. On the morning of the 18th I received a further email saying delivery was to be on the 19th,the day after her Birthday. I had paid £5 extra to ensure 24hr. Not happy, only placed order because the 18th was the delivery date stated.

Dispiace perché era un’occasione importante essersi affidato a loro “ Grazie mille per aver confermato il tuo indirizzo di consegna. Poiché questo è corretto sul nostro sistema, sembra che il tuo pacco sia stato purtroppo ritardato o perso dal servizio di consegna. Siamo così dispiaciuti: si tratta di un evento molto raro e non del livello di servizio che ci sforziamo di fornire, soprattutto in questo momento difficile. Ci rendiamo conto che l'ordine era per un'occasione speciale, per un amico o un familiare, e ci scusiamo sinceramente con te e anche con loro.”

So disappointed with this company. I ordered a card for father's day which is tomorrow BTW! I placed my order almost at the beginning of this month and I haven't received the card. I wish I have read the reviews before placing my order.

Im very dissapointed with boomf. I ordered a birthday card and it was supposed to be sent to my twin sister to surprise her for her birthday. The card didn't arrive at all on her birthday, and i have to resend it again after her birthday... As I was told by boomf (after i tried following up) that the card got lost during the delivery.. It was good that they said they'd offered me a refund plus a code to get another card for free so I can repost it again. After 2 weeks i checked if my sister recieved, she still hasn't recieved it at all. The delivery got lost again and Plus I realized also that I have never been refunded the amount.. So i had paid for delivery fee twice for two posting , and a card for NOTHING. Just very disappointed at the service. I just wrote them an email, and I hope that they will refund me. Otherwise I will NEVER shop from them again.

Order #25925 I have been waiting almost a month for my order to arrive with no updates on tracking or correspondence regarding the delay from Boomf or the delivery service. This was meant to be for an anniversary present. At this rate it’ll be a Christmas present (if it arrives) lol.

S’apparente à du vol! Deux cartes commandées en mai (une première annulée sans raison) une seconde jamais arrivée à destination et 30€ dans la nature, Le service client est prévenu, m’a pas mal baladé (de 5 jours en 5 jours) et trouvé l’excuse du nouveau site web et des commandes perdues, Pas de carte et pas de remboursement je déconseille fortement, Dommage car une première expérience l’an passée avait été plus agréable…

I got the pop up cube one with confetti for my mum’s birthday and she really loved it. The delivery was perfect and the design was so perfect. I was really proud of it and how it turned out. My mum absolutely loved it. Thank you so much Boomf, you did an amazing job. You really did make my mum’s day special. I will be purchasing again. 😊

sent one of the exploding cards for a birthday, apparently not only did it not explode but the recipient had to actually take the cube out of the envelope/ box themselves!! not happy basically paid £10 for a cardboard cube

I thought this was an amazing idea - a butterfly that literally flies out of the card when you open it. I was so excited to see my friends face when they opened the card. Imagine my disappointment when they did and it merely flew to the floor. It's not exactly cheap either. What a waste of money. I won't be making that mistake again and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does.

I received a Gourmet Popcorn Set which I won in a competition. I would have been just as happy if I had bought it. The set is really good value for money and would make a very good, unusual gift for someone. The delivery service was also good, it arrived when they said it would and no damage
