I must admit, there was glitch in my dealings with Bookprintinguk, but the important thing for you to know is that they took quick, friendly and effective action. Their products are excellent quality, and I will definitely use them again.

Clicked through the link which promised me an “instant quote” and “fast track delivery”. After filling in numerous pages of information, I then had to add my email address to get a quote. There was nothing Instant about the quote, that claim is factually inaccurate. The turnaround then stated 7-10 working days for arrival of the simple a5 books. If that is fast track, I wonder what ‘standard’ is. Their clickbait google ad promised loads but the reality was different.
