BookPrintingUK were an easy company to deal with. Staff were helpful, the website led one to the correct blank format onto which downloading ones material was straightforward and when submitted, the draft was looked at straightway. Comments were helpful and dealing with the issues that arose was straightforward. I was very pleased with the printed book, the quality being good. This would have definitely been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the huge delay between the date of my sending the pdf files, and receipt of the final (correct) proof copy. This was caused by an inexplicable re-numbering of pages (by the company), and reversal of left/right hand page margins. Unfortunately, putting things right for the customer didn't feel like an especially high priority, and each stage took much longer than I had hoped. However, personal advice and contact was excellent and prompt, the final product was of excellent quality, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again (say for a re-print). I am putting down the mistake and delay to 'just one of those things', unlikely to happen again..
