It was simple to do. I was a bit concerned about paying money up front but I needn’t have been because everything went smoothly. They also were very patient with me because I’m not very good with technology. And best of all it was lovely to see all my efforts wrapped up in a book with my name on it 😊

A great pleasure from beginning to end to have the the patient and professional guidance from Sarah Wright. The ability to create the book as I hoped it would be and the final product which WAS the book I hoped it would be rewarded my trust in BookPrintingUK. One tiny niggle, as I did not require a design team I did not request this option. However, centering a piece of text on a page should have been an expected detail in any printing job. This was not automatically provided and required attention to such detail in each case. Apart from that, it was a very positive experience with a brilliant outcome.

The covers were applied upside down on 10 of the 25 books in my order. The company has refused to provide replacements because the problem wasn't reported within 7 days of delivery. Terrible quality control and sale terms that are disadvantageous to the customer.

I searched for an alternative printer after being quoted £100 a rerun copy for my Story Terrace book. BPUK came up trumps. My word file needed a few edits. I also provided my original Story Terrace book as the layout template. The 10 copy print run was spot on and at £20 a copy plus some expenses an excellent financial base for future reprints with it without modifications. Perhaps the next unmodified print will be even less expensive. Thanks to Sarah who managed the introduction and completion.
