I found Book Printing UK on the internet. Fro beginning to end they were very professional and competent. Natalie, my point of contact was always quick to respond to queries and dealt with my lack of technological skills with great patience and understanding. I selected the company to print a privately produced biography of a family ancestor for family consumption. The whole experience was excellent and I am very pleased with the final results. The cost was surprisingly reasonable and, as an old codger I felt that I was deallng with a really we organised young business. I wold definitely recommend them .

Excellent product, friendly and efficient service, let down somewhat by Parcelforce.

I have discussed this fully with the company. The binding used was too tight for a 600-page hardback book. To read the book it has to be held tightly with both hands and because of the tightness the cover does not lay flat. The draft book met the company’s requirements. I should have been advised before printing that a PUR binding was unsuitable. I will now have to go elsewhere to have the book properly printed.

Arrived as expected. Good quality printing. Great communications.

The books included colour photos which came out brilliantly. The paper is excellent quality and I can't fault the binding. They won't print anything unless you are absolutely happy with the printed proof, but the proof will probably be good anyway because you'll see the emailed proof beforehand. Their rates are competitive and very reasonable if you want additional copies later on.
