There was a bit of confusion about the price but Caroline was always on hand via e-mail to clarify. In my case sending a draft text via Word attracts a fee of £50 but no fee for a receiving "PDF". Also in my case I was required to proof read so easiest way is to use the functionality of word to help with page size, lay out, spelling and grammar and then when all corrected 'save as' PDF within Microsoft Word and attach / send to Book Printing. Making books for older family and friends is a delightful surprise for them. £125 for 5 small copies seemed like a fair price to me. Subsequent copies are obviously much much less.

Responses are quick and efficient and the finished product is first class. My account manager, Caroline is always available for help and advice.

Wonderful communication to get "my book" from my laptop to their pages for printing. Certainly helpful for people of advanced ages. They will proof read if you want a book to sell. They were just what I wanted.

On Line printing brief preparation was very clear and easy to use. However it was a great benefit to be able to call someone and check through the brief to confirm it was the best choices for the publication.

Hi, I have recently taken delivery of my book project, it took approximately eighteen months to complete mainly due to my inexperience as an author. Toward the end, I had problems joining the chapters together. Book Printing did the final finishing touches which I will always be grateful for, especially advising the type of paper used and set up of the front and back pages. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, on delivery of the books I was very impressed at the care of the packaging, very professional, to me the final touches say a lot.

Dealt with Caroline, she was on it and very proffesionnal until ive made payment. Insisted on getting a test print done, took them twice the time told to send it, there was loads of mistake from their side, she took 12 days to get back to my email regarding the test prints, then just never got back to me.. ive sent few emails but nothing... ive ended up paying £100 for nothing and she totally wasted my time. Would not recommend at all....
