Despite my written request, I am not deleted from the mailing list and constantly receive unsolicited messages. That is not acceptable. Added on September 1st: On 14 August, I sent my first e-mail asking to be removed from the e-mail list. I still received an email from you on 20 August. If you call 6 days a “slight time delay”, then I don't want to know what a long time delay is for you. 😉To be fair, I would like to add that I have actually been spared any further emails since 20 August.

All through the process of preparation and printing the account manager provided a lot of help and guidance. The final printed results were of great quality and the packing and delivery ensured that this quality was maintained.
Very wide range of options clearly explained on the website and a useful range of templates and other tools, also on the website. It was a delight working with the account manager and her team. I am very pleased with the final product, which is exactly how I envisioned it.
Very helpful and a great price. The finished book looks great. I'd have given 5 stars only we were a bit disappointed by the regularly slow email replies to queries (many days) although very helpful indeed when the replies did come in. Also, the final print run took more than 2 weeks longer than suggested.
Extra copies delivered on time. I needed extra copies of my memoirs (written for my family). They were produced and delivered by Book Printing as promised. More people ought to write their memoirs (says the Times) after they retire and are remaining mentally active. There were lots of things our sons did not know.
