Outstanding, effortless and really good value. I live close enough and so make an appointment to visit and meet my account manager. I loved both the office aesthetics and vibes, and came away confident that my book was in very good hands. The colours I wanted for the fabric cover were not standard, but this was not a problem, I got what I had initially envisaged. Having done all the editing and illustrations myself I cannot comment on that side of things, but all communications were quickly answered, the book is stunning and I have already reordered more. Very highly recommended

Very easy process. My account manager was only a call away for advice. Good communication, apart from some weird timing of automatic emails. Good quality product and the proof was exactly the same finish as the final product so making corrections etc was easy as was uploading the final manuscript.
