Darren is very knowledgeable and gave good advice on which boiler to choose, in relation to where it needed to be fitted. Job was completed by Jack who is a very nice young man too. Very clean and tidy when working. Good competitive prices too.

Initial visit and quotation was very professional, highlighting all the issues and pointing out what was needed to meet current requirements ( some other quotes ignored this so came out cheaper). Work started on agreed date, although a little late as van had broken down. Vik. went through what was to be done to fit radiator valves, boiler replacement and other plumbing jobs, and discussed any problems with me. He worked quickly, quietly and efficiently all day and took great care to ensure he worked cleanly, especially in carpeted areas when fitting new valves to radiators. He worked late to ensure that everything was done in the day, as they had promised. All work was done well and everything worked without problem. Just one issue- he arrived in a very rusty white van (late because the van had broken down, but phoned to explain); not a good first impression for a company that otherwise appears most professional- time to get a replacement van because first impression can be important and I did wonder if the work was going to be as bad as the van- fortunately it was not!

The response to my request took literally a few minutes.The engineer was at my home a few minutes after phoning me .He was extremely friendly and got down to inquiring about the problem right away.Having assessed the situation he knew exactly how to proceed to resolve the matter.A most enlightening experience.

All went as expected. Received 3 quotes and went ahead with one of them. Pleased with my new boiler which was fitted promptly and is now all OK.

Arran was very knowledgeable when visiting to quote, and Paul worked tremendously hard for three days getting the job done, and was happy to make minor adjustments to suit our requirements. Very positive experience, despite being a rather "non-standard" job involving an Aga disconnection.

Boiler instal and quotes came very qickly, within two weeks the boiler was installed - up and working.

Found this site, asked for 2 quotes, 1 firm gave a cracking quote, and was very impressive, down to earth, so hired them, and they did an excellent job, so boiler guide was very helpful in making sure I got honest reviews, and details of company etc

It was important I was able to find a local company to install a new boiler and finding Boiler Guide made it so easy and stress free. Within 1/2hr of contacting them I was notified of three companies who would be contacting me, together with their names and contact number. Within 24 hours and after two visits/quotes, my new boiler shall be installed before the end of the month.
