Very professional company to do business with. Following the survey by Many, we decided to go ahead with the renewal of our old gas boiler for a Worcester/Bosch Greenstar 30Ri. Vic, the engineer turned up on time on 07/09/23 and spent almost 7 hours on the new installation. Smashing people; couldn't fault their work or attitude. Result; hot water and radiators. Wonderful. Good price too considering what had to be replaced and the amount of work required. Would I recommend them? 100% I would. First class company and pleasant people to do business with.

Boiler Guide were extremely quick in providing me with 3 companies near me. These then contacted me and within less than 2 weeks I have received visits. Now in the process of selecting which to use. Buying an expensive commodity such as a boiler is best done with consideration and luckily I am not in a hurry. But I think for those who need a quick result, Boiler Guide is a good first step.

Gasplan - what a joke. DO NOT TOUCH THEM. They took £600 cash and my old (working) boiler and programmer and left. I will see them next at Court.

Great work with perfection

I was able to get quotes from properly qualified installers with a minimum of effort on my part. However, I contacted them twice. The first time only one of the three installers suggested contacted me; the quote was fair, but I was unable to confirm independently that the company was registered gas safe. The second inquiry produced three names, all of whom were gas safe registered, but only two contacted me; one was successful and did a very good job.

I found it very easy to use, put my details in and I found a firm to replace our boiler within 24 hours at a good price.

From a quick initial response there came a very professionally amiable consultation. Followed by an accommodating quote for a new boiler plus bathroom & kitchen taps etc being replaced within my home. Quite simply it's difficult to get someone to do your Central heating if you know nothing about it. Using Boiler Guide I found a firm who were diligent and hard working and gave me the right system for my home.
