Ordered for next day delivery, not received 5 days later, no contact, no follow up, no communication only excuses, lies and long stories. The delivery guy actually simply kept the parcel and did not say anything to anyone then when asked 5 days later said the recipient was no longer in hospital, which was echoed by the person I had to chase it up with, saying she called the hospital to confirm however, this was an absolute nonsense story as the recipient is still in hospital and always was as was confirmed by hospital staff 2 minutes after this person supposedly called the hospital. The person who promised to follow up and get back to me 5 days earlier never did. Refund requested. Probably will have to chase that up too... Never again and spreading the word.

I made a mistake with the delivery address and sent an email to customer service and within 20 minutes they had rectified the matter and confirmed it had been corrected and was good to go! My friend loved her birthday surprise that arrived on time for the big day!

This Gin hamper was a gift for my sister. It is the second Bockers and Pony I have sent her. Fantastic value and beautiful packaging. My sister was super excited for the quality she received.
I have been charged twice for my order (a total of $698.00) and as far as I know it has not been delivered yet. I have received no explanation as to why this has happened and would like this situation resolved asap. As a returning customer in the uk I am very concerned. Attempts to call you by phone from the uk failed. I have sent several emails.
Overall good experience but I paid $15.95 to have an express delivery which was next day delivery and took 4 days to get there. I ordered 4 hampers in total, the express one arrived a day before the ones with free shipping. I can’t rate the hampers because I did receive them to know what they looked like.
