My gift for someone was dropped off with building concierge and not to the office when the address clearly indicated that. I got an invoice stating it had been delivered to the person i had put down as the receiver. This was a maternity gift and the person got it 15 days later! the package had to be hunted for by me and when I called your helpline they said they would help locate and get back to me. I am still waiting for that call. I am overseas and had to make multiple calls to locate my gift and have it reach the person in time. So disappointing as your website had come highly recommended.

Your products great,but it,s not the right size for mini ipad 4 which is what I ordered,in,cm,it is 20x135,or 8x5,1/4 in inches,this one is far to big
