This was a 30th birthday present to my son it was said it would be delivered on the 22nd December I wouldn’t have got it otherwise and it wasn’t! The usual excuse of “busytime of year” was the excuse, but that just simply isn’t good enough. If you say you can deliver on that day you should be able to follow through with it.
Just bit upset, I had left our names off the card and realised as I pressed send, so instantly send email then called straight away and lady was lovely and pulled up order and said yes I see and see email and looks like they have added it already. Then received email confirming done. But; The recipients had no idea who had sent the gift as there was no names on it??
