Ads claim shipment in 4 to 6 days and delivery by valentines day. Not true. takes them 4 to 6 days to even process an order. No phone support... only email and that takes 2 days or more to respond. Ordered 2/4 and still on 2/11 have no shipping info. Either they are too busy or totally inept, but it doesn't matter. Will never recommend or do business with them again.

They sent the wrong gift card to us. Took a lot of explaining to my wife that the note was not meant for her and was not written by me!! There answer? A $20 CREDIT towards another plant. Plenty of other companies out there to use. Stay away

I ordered 7 plants and 4 of them came dead, damaged or nothing like the picture. The best they could offer me was a replacement on the dead and a 20% off my next purchase (which is useless since I wont be shopping from them again). I knew that I was over paying for plants for the ease of convenience to have them delivered to me. However when more than half the plants came with a problem...it's simply not worth the money.

Sent me an email right after my order telling me the shipping would be delayed due to weather.... When I tried to cancel they said that's not possible. Soooo over priced. Scam, avoid at all costs. Found them through tapjoy, didn't get promised ink.

I ordered two plants, and received only one. The one I received came in looking sparse compared to the photo they displayed. I tried to call them. You can only communicate with them via e mail. I emailed them. They said plant one looked very healthy. They not address the missing plant at all. Their customer service is horrible. I am so frustrated..

Purchased 3 plants, 2 came with bacterial infections and the 3rd came with spider mites and scale infestations. One of these plants was also the wrong order.

After requesting a cancellation, they shipped my order anyway and then told me they couldn't do anything about it. They also then changed their order shipment timelines on their website after failing to send me my order in time. One of the plants was in total disarray - dirt was everywhere, the plant wasn't firmly in its pot. Additionally, there is NOTHING sustainable about their packaging. That photo is the packaging for ONE plant.

This company has awful customer service. I reached out to them several times to report that the plants I received were not as pictured. Two of them had a white film on the leaves that I had to wipe off one at a time and the plant had yellowing leaves. Not as vibrant as seen on their website. The money tree was even worse; several leaves had tears in them and there were brown spots on the leaves. Many leaves fell off as well even though I watered it as instructed and it’s in an area with a good amount of light. I asked to be credited back or sent replacements but they have been unresponsive. I spent $300 and feel like it’s money down the drain. They provide poor quality plants and rip people off.

Edit: changed to 3 stars. A third email was finally answered and my order was sent out a few days later. Still won't be using them again, but I'd like the review to reflect my full situation. Original review: Ordered a single plant on 4/1/21 Today is 4/27/21 and it hasn't shipped. I've reached out to support twice and received no response either time. At this point they've basically stolen my money.

I ordered from bloomscape right before Easter. I had excellent communication with Brooke over the next week (re. Delays due to Easter and not shipping plants that could get stuck in courier warehouses over a weekend etc). My parcel came when expected, perfectly packaged and all plants safe and sound. I got some really awesome cutting that were already well rooted and some fresh cuttings that had clear instructions for care. I would 100% recommend Bloomscape and will be purchasing from them again.

I placed an order and they never shipped. Also their stuff is way over priced. Scam, avoid at all costs.

I ordered some plants which we frost bit in transit. The company responded immediately and replaced my order at no charge. Extremely professional and helpful.
