Overall great service, just don't give them serrated edge knives because they will ruin them. *I notice Blade & Butler replied so I'd like to add this, i'm a chef and it was a brand new bread knife that I sent you. It only required a very light sharpening but you wore the teeth down so much now it looks like it has been used it for decades.

An absolutely brilliant concept and service. We’ve had the same good quality kitchen knives for 27 years and we were going to replace them with a new set. We’re delighted we used Blade & Butler to rejuvenate our favourite knives to as good as new. We’ll send our knives in for annual resharpening from now on.

Brilliant service. I inherited my dads knives when he passed away (he was a chef) and they’ve been blunt and rubbish and taking up space since. Having them sharpened is amazing! They’re back to how they should be (they even look right since having the bread knife re-serrated!) and I feel like I’ve done right by my Dad and I’m able to use them again. Not only that but they’re so sharp I no longer cry when cutting onions! Not even a bit! Didn’t even know that was possible!

Awful experience. They lost my knives via Hermes. Unclear customer journey on website means I have no insurance to cover my loss. Patronising and defensive customer service. Avoid.
Had 3 global knives, that I hadn't used in years, were extremely blunt, so had put them away. Decided to try getting them sharpened when the cheaper knives I had were becoming blunt and boy, why didnt I do this ages ago! Knives are like new, extremely sharp. Used the "free" Hermes delivery option, took a total of 12 days from placing order to arriving back sharpened. So if you don't have spare knives to use while away, might be worth paying the extra for DPD or buy a knife from them when you order! The one I got sent for £8 was more than decent to use.

Great service! Can't fault them, the process is super easy! My knives have come back super sharp and one of the knicks out of the end was removed sympathetically. Customer service responded really quickly to a question about dispatch, turns out I already had a dispatch email in my junk folder!

A smooth and drama-free experience. The knives are much improved but had a bit more of the tip taken off than I had hoped for, and the scratch marks on the sides could have been better polished out. But on the whole a good service and one I will use again.
Truly awful service. Sent 5 japanese kitchen knives on 6 January. Chased on 16th as had not returned. apparently they were a delivery depot but since i have had no update on where they are despite much chasing. they are unresponsive to email and never pick up phone. would not use again
