I Sent 2 knives and a Chinese cleaver to be sharpened the tip of my boker knife had snaped off it came back with a perfect new tip and all three sharp as razors. Even the cleaver slices through a ripe tomato, Delivery service was ok I got my knives back in just over a week if you want them quick pay for the extra service, I will use Bladeandbutler again thank you for a top service.

Very impressed with this service. The instructions beforehand were very clear, and everything happened as expected. I had three of my knives sharpened, one of which was a small vegetable knife that I had had a number of years, and was looking decidedly worse for wear. I recently had 7 of my global knives sharpened and I am very impressed with the service. The ordering process on the website wasn’t very clear about the process that could have been my fault but the assistance from customer service soon sorted everything out. My knives were returned very quickly and extremely sharp - I’ve managed to cut myself twice!

Very easy to do business with and I think great value for money I had no idea just how blunt my knifes were until they came back sharp again.

The knives came back impeccable. So impressed. Ignore any negative comments about turn around time because as any efficiently-run company would, B&B use the commercial delivery services and if things are delayed it’s not their fault. If they ran their own delivery the costs would be 5 times as much!

Company do a good job. Good communication too. Be warned however they use Hermes/Evri to deliver. Process that should take 3-4 days took over a month. Really bad judgment to use the worst courier in U.K.

About to bite the bullet and buy new knives. Found this company and thought why not give it a go. My Global knife about 30 yrs old, needed reprofile, came back perfect and really sharp. Bread knife never been as sharp, not even when new. Highly recommend.

Sent off 7 knives and they came back beautifully sharp. The package they sent me to put the knives in was robust and easy to use. I opted for standard free delivery and it took 5 days from Blade and Butler saying they were finished to getting them back which was annoying but I didn’t want to pay extra for next day delivery. Would definitely recommend however.
