Found this company on line, great prices on rotary airer clothes line with special offers on too good not to miss. Received item quickly the only fault I can say is I found it so hard to get up and can not get it down my friends even tried and they couldn't I think that can be a problem with these type of aires.

Needed a compact rotary washing line for the limited space available, found this online, looks good and sturdy, well made, and covered by a 2yr warranty

I used this company in the belief that their products were UK made. Thus allowing me to buy local to reduce transport pollution and support local industries. My washing line was made in china. They should not advertise or imply as British if it isn’t.

I came across the "Home Laundry Company" when looking for a replacement rotary washing line airer. What I read on their site impressed me, though their prices are considerably more expensive than most on-line retailers. They also have some YouTube videos that I watched. They stated about their quality and the thickness of the steel tube that they use. I sent them some queries by email that they responded to including the fact that on a 30mm 3 arm rotary they use a 35mm centre pole. That in itself makes it stronger. (My previous line cost me about £20 about ten years ago so I can't really complain about it. However it did lose about 300mm when it rotted at the point where it enters the ground spike four years or so ago and it was not the best at rotating. I was replacing it as the umbrella type lock failed.) When the rotary line arrived it was well packed, and indeed it was well made and substantial. Included was a ground spike and a zipped cover for when the line is not in use.. This is by far the best cover I have seen though of course I have seen all. The metal ground spike, note not a socket, was well made, looks like cadmium plated as protection against soil and weather, and is longer than most others. Where I live the whole are is full of hills and we have two issues. One is limestone below the soil making it difficult to get things like the spike into the ground and the soil above tends to be very wet and looser than most. However I got the spike into the ground so that its top is about 25mm above the surface and dropped the bottom of the centre pole in, then the top, which is fixed to the top by a a and sprung click button. No issues and it does rotate very easily. I am really pleased with the line. The only complaint I have is that I ordered on a Friday hoping for delivery the following Monday. I had no notification of delivery so thought that it was not coming on the Monday. I got called out for an hour Monday morning and when I got back I found that it had tried to be delivered but would now be the following day. This is something that does need improving because everybody provides delivery notifications these days. That is everybody except the "Home Laundry Company".

My first experience with this company has been pleasant. The clothes line is up and seems to be suitable for our needs. The instructions were understandable, although it stated that the stake would need to be concreted but in the shop video it stated that it could be used without concrete. So I hope it will endure. Finally the pegs which don't leave impressions on the clothes do in fact leave impressions on the clothes.

Excellent 3 Arm steel rotary drier.Placed steel ground spike in 40cm deep hole, made sure upright in centre and filled with water and Postfix - perfect! A first class product which I highly recommend.

New rotary arrived quicker than expected and I was very pleased and surprised at how robust it is, it’s very good value A little hard to push up into place when standing underneath so I put it on the ground and push it into place that way.

The HCL Ltd are a good company with good products. This is the second time that I have used them. The first rotary line lasted in excess of 11 years and still has a bit of life in it. Prices are ok and delivery is great.
