My original line cover tore so I brought a new one. Polite customer care agent said product would be with me in a day or two. It arrived the next day.

Never used before but glad I did. Fast order and I put the rotary up my self. Although went in old ones hole. I reckon I could concrete the new ground spike in. All complete 3 arm rotary with crank. Ground spike and cover part of package. Solid and sturdy all for just under a hundred. Normally buy a Hills but this company is almost as good and about half the price. Glad I made my purchase....

I recently bought the 4 arm 50m rotary drier and I was amazed at how quickly it arrived, 2 days after ordering it was here. It was unfortunately damaged and one phone call later a second one was on its way and look and behold 2 days later it was here. The quality of the drier is great and all is well. Great stuff all around. Recommended.

Rotary drier originally purchased April 2015 was not opened until June 2016 and found to be faulty. Without any expectation of the company doing anything about it given the length of time, but merely for their information I was surprised to get a very helpful reply from Mark Nicholson. Without any quibble at all he replaced the faulty part. Such a response reflects true customer service. Thankyou
