I needed to move my rotary washing line and needed another spike and cover, I phoned the home laundry company to see if they sold them. They sold both, the customer advisor asked if I was going to order them straight away online, I said yes so he made adjustments so I wouldn't pay postage twice, he said he would post it same day, next morning the spike and cover arrived, what a lovely company, the rotary washing line is top notch and so is their customer service, I would give 10 stars if I could. Well done home laundry company, a lot of other companies could learn a lot from your excellent customer service.
The dryer arrived within 2 days of ordering so the company is very efficient at getting items out. It looks very substantial and I am pleased with my order so far. I haven't actually set it up yet as I am in the process of re-vamping part of my garden but I have installed the ground socket in concrete. However, the instructions are very clear and I am sure the dryer will be easy to put up and will give me many years of use. It is a quality dryer and I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I submitted my order on Sunday afternoon and the courier was knocking on my door on Tuesday afternoon. The product is exactly as it was described on the website and it appears strong and sturdy. Time will tell but if it turns out to be as good as the delivery service then I can't ask for more.
