After my son lost his laptop charger I tried to order a new one from the computer company. To begin with, they were unable to quote a price until I went through a lengthy, intrusive and, unnecessary process. The Betta Batt team were able to quote a delivery price (for a special order) that was almost a quarter of the price I eventually received from the original supplier! I would not hesitate to recommend Betta Batt and will be using them in the future.

i had lost my charger for my camera, and was told by other camera company that it was be $150 for the replacement. i searched the net and cam across Better Batt. and the charger was less than a 1/4 of the price and i received it the next day.

Perfect! HAD to receive a replacement 550D charger before filming a gig. Purchase was processed, and product dispatched / arrived in no time. Very happy customer here in Sydney :) Note: the replacement was for an old 550D charger I also bought from BetterBatt. The cable bit that connects to the charger body became finicky rather quickly (within the year) so I'm hoping this one would last me a little longer! But for the price, and everything else I already mentioned I have very little to complain, rather thank you! Ordering anything online for the first time is always a little bit of a lottery. I ordered these batteries for both my cameras on the Monday for our holiday on the following Saturday....
