BBQing is a trustworthy company, called me when one of the items where on back order and would ship as soon as it came in. I called about two and a half weeks later, I had no trouble with support services and confirmed approximate date of shipping. They sent shipping dates and carrier information. It arrived, I'm happy great online experience.

Response was quick. But when i need to return an item sold by you, advertised as working with my model BBQ, but doesn't fit at all. It is not my error so i shouldn't be charged for restacking and shipment. You can be sure that i will never buy from you again.

It was a disappointing experience! Items that were “In Stock” according to the website were NOT. Apparently they “just ran out of stock” on the items that I had ordered. I was told it would be 1 to 3 weeks for delivery from the manufacture. In response I suggested that they correct the stock status of the items on the website. It was actually closer to two months from order date when I finally received my items. The most ridiculous thing was, the whole time I waited for my items to arrive I kept checking back to the website to see if the stock status had changed…NOPE!! Apparently the items were still “In Stock”. The status never changed to say “Out of Stock” or “More on Order”. How many other people have had to deal with this? How many other items do you supposedly carry that say “In Stock” but are not? If you’re hoping to get an item quickly and it says “In Stock” on the website, you may want to contact first before placing an order. When the items finally arrived, they were as expected.

Great people to deal with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you have the choice at same price between them and a competitor I would choose them.Talking from experience , I had problems with a BBQ from them and they went the extra mile: they contacted the company directly and sorted things out for me. The rep from the company and a tech came to my home to fix the issue.

I ordered a new regulator and had a question about it. The question was answered immediately. The items I ordered were delivered as stated and I was happy with what I received. Bottom line, great customer service.
