Bought a premium BBQ from this company. Responded rapidly to inquiries and the delivery worked perfectly. Would buy from them again anytime.

All ordered parts arrived on time. One of the parts, due to the wrong size, unfortunately did not fit the BBQ Napoleon, even though it was intended for the given model. When complaining, I got a reply that I should not send back the parts and I will receive a refund on my credit card within 5 days. Unfortunately, it's been a month and I still haven't received my refund. To the email I sent, I got a reply with an apology and information that I would get a refund within the magical 5 days. We'll see if this time the company lives up to its promise. Apart from this incident, the service, delivery and quality of parts have been impeccable so far.

Product was exactly what I needed and at a good price!

The items that I ordered were on back order and took a very long time to come in. However, this is not the fault of the store. They were very helpful in my initial inquiries, placing the order and updating me on it’s status.

Website explained everything nicely and the process was quick from start to finish. Our new P500 is a weapon. Remaining assembly was a breeze and took less then an hour with basic hand tools. You pay for what you get, and you get amazing value for your dollar with a Napoleon. Sale pricing helped to grab some accessories Everything is top notch. The Sear burner for steaks has been a game changer. We made the most delicious rotisserie chicken. I've just picked up the smoker box which I am sure will not disappoint. If I had to change one thing, and really this is a stretch and more of an FYI when considering finishes - Stainless Steel requires as much time to keep sparkling clean as it does cooking :)

My Webber bbq thermometer stopped working so started looking for one by googling. Found one in a popular online website for $75. Then found exactly the same thermometer, the original Webber thermometer for $27 at bbqing.com. Put an order there and got my thermometer. Had to pay a visit to the shop for pickup and all went so smoothly. Thanks BBQING for great service!

Many years ago, we have used Capital BBQ and received excellent service from them. We returned to them because we are now putting together an outdoor kitchen area in conjunction with a pool and pool shack. I recently dealt with Ren, told him what I was looking for and he put a complete package together for me including; a BBQ, a side burner / element, two tap beer fridge, a host of under counter cabinets and a pizza oven. Ren was very professional and very enjoyable to deal with. He made it very easy for me to understand the different products, pricing and delivery. I visited the shop on a number of occasions to meet with Ren and we had many phone calls and emails back and forth. Ren always answered my questions in a very timely manner and was excellent to deal with. If there was an issues at all, Ren solved them. Once a complete package was decided on, all products delivered on time or even a head of schedule. Thank you for everything and making my experience dealing with Capital BBQ a very enjoyable one. We will enjoy our outdoor kitchen area for many years to come.

Fast shipping of a great product

Order arrived promptly and apparently intact. All that I ordered was there. Have not had a chance to assemble the Kamado Joe II as my patio is not yet completed, but will follow up with thatlater on.

Ordered and paid for an out of stock item that was listed as “in stock”. Didn’t have a refund option and waited a month to receive the Gozney Dome oven door. On top of that I paid for shipping. The only reason I bought from bbq.com is because the door was sold out on Gozney website. It was back in stock a few weeks sooner with free shipping on the Gozney site, where I would have purchased if there was a refund option on bbq.com. Overall poor experience.

Easy online order and quick pick up. Product was as expected.
