I honestly could not recommend this company more highly, one of the biggest things for me is the customer service. The products are fantastic & I was happy to pre-order & wait but the customer service & value for money is just incredible! I buy a lot of things online & most of these companies that pop up let themselves down with the after service but these have literally blown me away! Elsa is my new hero!

Really helpful customer service as I had mislaid the order confirmation email and wasn't sure about the delivery timeloine. But mainly I I had to write this to thank you SO, SO much for the paint pot...I ADORE IT!! I absolutely adore this company. Nothing is too much trouble and their products are are amazing. I have now bought four items (two lights and two mini sculptures). I bought the lip lights and the retro telly and they look fantastic and very reasonably priced compared to similar companies. I like the fact that the stock regularly changes and the customer service has been amazing. As others have said - nothing is to much trouble and the team couldn’t be more helpful. I would highly recommend the products and service.

I am absolutely thrilled with our let’s stay home light - it’s perfect. I had some issues with delivery which were beyond their control, but Gigi handled this brilliantly. I find that how a company rectifies a problem tells you so much more about a company than when an order goes smoothly and I couldn’t rate Bag and Bones highly enough. Communication was always friendly and quick and the quality of the product was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again (in fact I’m already tempted to get another one 😆).

We ordered our light early December and although delivery was unavoidably delayed the communication to keep us informed all the way was excellent. We received our beautiful light today - it’s fantastic we are over the moon. We ordered the Love and heart neon in neon pink and red and WOW! it truly lifts your spirits. I ordered a custom light for our kitchen and the team at Bag&Bones could not be more helpful. I explained what I wanted and how it was going to be installed and they not only did an amazing job on the light but also provided installation advice as we mounted it on to a piece of Art and chased all the electrics in to the wall. The light is amazing, really well made and a awesome bright neon pink. It can be seen from outside and even in lockdown people have stopped and commented on how cool it is! Thanks Bag&Bones for great customer service - shout out to Mei who was super helpful.... Now I'm just working out what I want next!

I can't rate these guys highly enough, from customer service, to delivery, to actually hanging "Let's Stay Home" on the wall. Bought for my wife for Christmas, she loved it and it now hangs in our living room casting a wonderful light. its quite the conversation piece, everyone loves it, and it makes me want to buy another and another.. Great build quality, great packaging, speedy delivery and great customer relations.

So so happy with everything to do with this company. I had a previous bad experience trying to get a neon sign from a different company, so after using Bag & Bones I could not recommend them enough. I wish I had heard about them sooner! Amazing customer service from Mei, responded quickly to any questions I had. A brilliant company, and the lights couldn't be better. I've bought from B&B twice: once via Liberty, and once as a custom order. Mei made the custom ordering process (for something slightly complicated) incredibly quick and easy. (All communications very clear.)
