I had such a wonderful experience with bag & bones. Mei was so helpful in making decisions for my custom neon, and gave me creative, colorful options to choose from. Each question was answered promptly, and it was delivered earlier than I had expected. I love my new sign! It brings an awesome pop of color and personal style to my apartment. I shopped around with other artists but came back to my favorite (Bag & Bones) when it came time to get my own. Theyre the best there is for this work. Highly recommend.

I had been looking at the neon signs for several months and finally decided to take the plunge. Then the fun part of deciding the font and colours using their design tool was brilliant. The customer service has been AMAZING- I received really helpful guidance throughout as well as thoughtful after care. Without sounding too sycophantic, Mei and the team at Bag & Bones have been the most friendly customer service I have ever received! The product is superb too ;).

First spotted Bag & Bones in Liberty on a working trip to London, safe to say I was never getting a neon home on the plane in my hand luggage. After lusting over their amazing insta page for months I made the jump and purchased my first neon and I’ve never looked back. (Well to be 100% honest I did buy one from another neon store but it was horrendous took months to arrive after the original date, arrive damaged and don’t start me on the customer services, ended up sending it back still waiting on a refund.) I now own six Bag and Bones neons. They have all been delivered within 3 days (to Northern Ireland) well packaged with a care and installation information, they even included a packet of sweets that distracted little hands. We have had passerby stop to ask where we had purchased one of our lights from as it is visible from the front of the house.

I have been checking out the products from bag&bones for a while and finally grabbed one in the sample sale and I love it! The prices reflect the high quality you get when purchasing with them and they are worth every penny. The colours are very vibrant and the lights are so bright. I cannot wait to brighten up my flat with these beautiful pieces

Fantastic!!! Ordered a mini lips light from bag&bones and i am so pleased! From start to finish bag&bones have been incredible. Website is easy and so nice to look at. Brilliant insensitive for first time orders also! As soon as I ordered I had emails straight away making me aware of time frames etc. It came so quickly I was so happy to receive an email and text message making me aware of exactly what time my light will be delivered! When it arrived it did not disappoint, well packaged with a little treat inside, a note on how to look after your light etc. It looks amazing on my dressing table I really am over the moon and will 1000% be ordering from bag&bones again.

This is my 4th purchase (3rd light) from Bag & Bones. The quality is excellent as always, and packing and delivery informed and accurate. My current collection is Cuddles in the Kitchen, Pink heart and Like a Boss neons, and a gold paint pot. Everyone who comes into the house loves the products, they are brilliant focal points in a room. A great friendly company. What to buy next?

I just received my third light from bag&bones and it does not disappoint. I’d been hankering after the ‘let’s stay home’ light for years and couldn’t think of a better time to get it than last year. Add that to my little pink heart and new white bolt and I’m in neon heaven. The team at bag&bones are so friendly and helpful, and the lights are such amazing quality. They’re a great way to add a bit of personality to your home and give off loads of light 💛💛 I’d totally recommend signing up to their newsletter as well. It gives you access to their exclusive sample sales twice a year where you can get amazing discounts on neons.

After recently saying it wouldn't be long until I got another light from Bag&Bones my "Like a Boss" light arrived today! I absolutely love it, the pink neon stands out so well. As usual great delivery and item well packaged for transport. I will always recommend Bag&Bones to anyone considering a neon for their home.

My second neon has just arrived from Bag&Bones and I'm just as giddy as I was with the first one. I have a 'Let's stay home' (very apt for the last 2 years) and now a pink lips. I'm hooked and I can see myself going back for a third and a fourth. They look amazing anywhere, in the kitchen, my kids bedrooms, the study. They work brilliantly in the day or night time. Top tip, stick a smart plug on them and feel even cooler when you switch them on :)

These amazing lights, created by amazing people! Elsa, Mei, Alice and the team have got this down to a T! I have just received my third light in my collection, a pink LIT light, a gold mirror mini heart and today arrived the Like A Boss light in pink! I am obsessed! The quality is amazing, shipping is speedy and they are gorgeous. I will most definitely be buying a custom light when we get a new house!!

Got myself a new light today and wow is it beautiful! I’ve been after it for a couple of years and I’m so glad I finally have it! The delivery as always was incredibly quick and reliable, the light packaged well and with a lovely note with instructions on how to best use your light etc and a little packet of sweets. The cable is really long so can very easily be fed through the wall if you want to hide it. The lights are such good quality and give off such a good amount of light that I can see it as I’m walking up my road in the dark! 💗

We have bought several items from bag&Bones recently. All have been of superb quality whether it be ornaments or the Neon Lighting. Elsa, Mei and all the staff cannot do enough for you should you make enquiries. Their professionalism is a massive breath of fresh air these days and much appreciated. Literally the best ever! 💕 I first discovered bag & bones almost three years ago and after lusting after their lights for a year on Instagram, I gave in and bought three. They were so easy to deal with, delivery was so fast and I am still so in love two years later. They are proudly displayed around my home and are loved by everyone who visits, they totally transformed my grey walls into bright, fun spaces. They are really good value for money in comparison to other neons I’ve seen advertised and such high quality, even when they are not lit they still look amazing! You will not regret buying one, half my family now own one after falling in love with mine!
