Really good service at the Liverpool branch, expected to be waiting 3 hours but was all done in 2.5. The branch had a waiting room with facilities to use my laptop so that I could continue to work while waiting. Once complete I was surprised to see that they’d even given the front interior of the car a mini valet.

Very professional,efficient & friendly experience easy to book appointment, they were happy to fix screen at work place , they informed me when they were arriving also talked me through the work they were doing & how long it would take. I would definitely use Autoglass again. Well done

Fast and friendly service would recommend if your windscreen is damaged

I had been expecting more or less same-day service but had to wait nearly a week, with my car open to the weather and unable to be locked. When Autoglass eventually arrived they brought the wrong windscreen, so then I had a further 5 days to wait for a replacement. Considering I have a fairly common, fairly new 3 series BMW I have to say I was 😞 nted with the service. I dread to imagine how they would cope if I had a more unusual car! Their service does not add up to their promise.

An excellent service from Autoglass. The technician was friendly, polite and very efficient. All work done on the driveway to my home no mess and an excellent result. New windscreen wipers were installed. No inconvenience at all would definitely recommend after the excellent service I received. Efficient service

This was windscreen replacement, via my insurance provider. It was quick and simple to book, arranging a time to fit at my home address. The technician called in advance to check availability and was able to come earlier than scheduled, which helped by day. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard, the technicians really doing an excellent job.
