Very poor customer service. Booked a mobile screen repair by telephone, the mobile repair failed to arrive. When I called Autoglass to find out what has happened I was told that Autoglass had failed to allocate the job to someone and I needed to reboot, the earliest appointment I was offered was 6 days away! I then asked to speak with a manager, and I was told that one would call me within 48 hours, 8 days later I am still waiting!! Not great customer service.

Installation was all good, but could have swept around the rear of the car to collect the glass that had fallen on the drive. But advised me his brush had been stolen.
