Since having the windscreen fitted the sensor for the auto light is not working which is behind the rearview mirror. I can only presume the bonding has covered sensor rendering it useless. I’ve tried to contact them through the website complaints section and have heard nothing from them, poor service so far and still waiting.

Arrangement of the repair was quick and easy, various options for appointments including the weekend. Turned up on time, repaired it quickly with minimum fuss. Cleaned the work area on completion. Explained what l needed to know. He was extremely helpful and polite, with a lovely personality.

I contacted Autoglass via a link from my insurers and was able to make an appointment at home just a few hours later. The engineer let me know when he was on his way, arrived on time and completed the repair quickly and well. He also gave good advice about windscreen wipers.
