REALLY BAD EXPERIANCE POOR WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD NEVER HAVE TAKEN MY MERCEDES THERE Booking appointment time fine unable to contact the fitting unit by phone not realy acceptable can only contact head office Pay for extra like wipers not carried out The cleaning extra Wich I def would have been interested in not offered by the staff on collection found inside Driverside windscreen panel trim (Mercedes SClasscloth trim) damaged answer was “weren’t us we never did that “there was an abundant amount of debris behind the windscreen on the dash vents just left not remove what was I told “nothing to do with us we just fit the windscreen” !!! I said how can you leave all the mess there The fitter just shrugged his shoulders I just fitted the screen yet he pointed out all the debris /had I noticed it before I would have mentioned it but it could be seen clearly once the screen was removed
