I ordered from this company after seeing loads of good reviews on YouTube, I don’t wear wigs ever so I purchased one just to try it.. however wasn’t right for me personally.. but I could tell straight away it was very high quality hair! I was able to return the product for a refund and although there was an issue at customs.. the customer service agent kept me informed and up to date every step of the way and when ordering.. they are really helpful! Even though the unit I ordered wasn’t right for me, I’d definitely use this company again in the future !

The customer service from Asteria Hair is stellar, very informative and always communicating with the process and shipment of your order. The hair itself is also really good. I ordered a u-part kinky straight 180% density wig. This wig is true to length, very soft and matches my hair texture perfectly. If you like thick hair, I’d suggest getting the 250% one. This one is not thin, it’s very natural looking but I just prefer a little more volume.

The two wigs I purchased are beautiful and has not changed it’s texture or sheds… hands down best hair and customer service shipped really fast and they are responsive… I’ll be ordering a third soon

I bought a headband wig which I really liked. I contacted customer service regarding an issue with the free headbands. We had some back and forth emails and they resolved my issues very quickly. I was pleased with the costumer service provided from start to finish. In this time of a lot of online purchasing its so important that you are able to speck to someone or have direct access when you have an issue or concern. I would buy from this company again.

The closure loose deep wave wig is nice and soft and fits my small head perfectly I love it.

I purchased a headband wig in the kinky straight unit. I love it because it perfectly matches the texture of my own hair. Thanks for creating an easy solution for days when a girl doesn’t want to put the work into creating a hairstyle.

Oh my! Please don’t let me start on how amazing the shipment was! Mine came within a week of purchasing! The quality is beyond amazing! So nice and soft and the unit I got was preplucked so I didn’t have to do a lot of plucking! It’s hard to find ready made wigs that fit my head type. I have a size 20” wig size. So a 4 x 4 closure wig is petite head approved for me! It fit so snug and I wouldn’t mind buying from Asteria Hair again! You’re paying for quality hair. Little to no shedding. It does have to processed smell but it’s not overbearing like other companies. With love! <3

Stiff where and curls and wave all over the unit from root to ends. High quality unit and I have no complaints. I’m super happy. Came with baby hairs and pre plucked. I can’t say enough about this unit. 6x6 18 deep wave inch is long enough for me and I’m 5’3 it hits me mid back. It’s already layered. Wave and then ends with nice ringlet curls on the end. I only use water and it’s poppin. I wanna try another unit in another curl pattern. I’m a fan.

Never have I received curly hair so true to length and soft all I need is aliitle water and out the door I go I’m so in love with this hair I will be buying more in the future

This hair is amazing I ordered 30 inches 250% loose deep wave and it's lived up to every expectation. The hair is soft EASILY moldable and takes dye well dyed it jet black. I love it will post pictures once it's installed
