I received my deep wave wig and it was beautiful and I really appreciate Asteria Hair for checking on me daily to see if I received it. I love my wig and I definitely would be ordering from tt hem again. I love Asteria.♥️♥️♥️

I received a head band wig that I ordered from Asteria hair based on the reviews of multiple Youtubers that I follow. The head band wigs they showed were nicely packaged in a box and came with a satin bag to store it. The wig I receive was shipped from China to the US in nothing but a plastic FexEx mailing envelope. The envelope was ripped open and the satin bag that contained the wig looked like it had been run over by a truck. The bag was torn and had black oil or grease all over it. The hair on one side of the wig was also saturated with whatever the black liquid was and completely matted together. Unwearable. I contacted customer service to let them know the condition of the wig I received and to request either a replacement or a refund. I emailed pictures of the damaged packaging and the wig. The response I got was " glad you got the product, it is not our fault it is FedEx's fault". Ummm...what?? How is it FedEx's fault that a company would ship a wig in nothing more than a plastic bag all the way from CHINA and not expect it to be damaged. The wigs that were shown on Youtube came in a nice box in addition to the satin bag. I guess they only ship it like that when they are sending it to people for free to give a review. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give a -100 review I would.

I’m not surprised to see so many happy customers and reviews. I have only written one other review in my life because I never feel I have time. But this is a review I want to make time for. The quality of the units are fantastic. For years I went to professionals to get my hair to look good, but then I discovered the value (and money saving) option of DIY! 😂 I started using these units a few years ago, but I’ve worn a wig for over 20 years. I have not worn my own hair out since I was a little girl. I just don’t want to take the time to maintain it. The units from Asteria are AMAZING! The lace blends well with my scalp. The 200% density is thick but it’s not heavy or Diana Ross looking. (Love to you Queen Di♥️ - you’re my inspiration). It’s perfect for me. I just started being adventurous in cutting my units, to switch up the style, and I love the ease of cutting the hair. The texture is excellent for cutting and blow or air drying! I especially love that I can throw it up in a clip, and having wash and wear hair saves me time in a pinch. The DIY installation, the support and security I feel when I wear it really makes me feel like it’s a part of me. I’ve been through some extremely windy days and the attachment is solid. It moves so naturally. In fact, many of my close friends actually think it’s my hair. I’ve not told them otherwise, that can just be my little secret. 🤫(Like Victoria, we should all have a beauty secret💋) The reason I wrote this long review, even though I DON’T write reviews is because of the customer support I’ve received over the years. Specifically Jasmine! She’s made me feel very good as a customer. She’s listened and responded to my needs every time. Ordering from another country can be a scary experience, (I’m still waiting on some cool influencer glasses I ordered 3 months ago😂) but Jasmine has made me feel like she’s right down the street. 🤩 I’m Thrilled with my units and my experience with this company and it’s staff. Thanks Jasmine! I will be back! 💕

The hair is very soft and full (i bought a 250% density). It is longer than expected. The front is pre-plucked but there is still some work to do for the front part to look nice.

OK first I’m gonna start off by saying the wig is great in terms of quality and in terms of the shipping, Now let me get to the cons the wig it is not true to length. I received a wig that looks more like a 14 inch16 inch wig, when I ordered a 22 inch wig! and I clearly know what a 22 inch wig looks like, but customer service says that the hair should fall at different lengths all over your head. and that the length doesn’t come from the back of the hair even though everyone knows the length comes from the back of the hair, they believe to measure from the top of the hair. I bought this wig from a YouTube review and the 22 inch wig was close to the You-tubers Waist this hair is only at my shoulders, they gave me a $20 refund because the top of my hair measure 21 inches but the back of my hair measures 16 inches and they argued me down saying that’s how it was supposed to be.

The hair & curl pattern are beautiful, HOWEVER, the amount of work required just to actually make it wearable is ridiculous. The knots are huge & the amount of plucking required on this unit is beyond. "Pre-plucked" but very much giving Planet of the Apes. I question the rave reviews about customer service as my experience was far less than stellar. They asked for pictures, I provided. They asked again, I sent more. At no point did they provide the return info as requested (several times over). Seems I'm in the minority here (at least on this site) but I'd advise all to proceed w/caution. Note: I didn't even purchase this wig, received it as a gift...& still, it isn't worth it.

Best hair and customer service ever

I have seen a lot of reviews on the beautiful, luxurious hair that Asteria Hair provides. Everyone has commented on the impeccable quality of the hair. I've ordered two units of the long silky straight 24" hair with a middle part. My hair was ordered this week and will be shipped this week! I'm so excited! This is going to be great! I already know that the hair will be absolutely amazing, but I cannot comment enough on the FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM ASTERIA HAIR. I have purchased a LOT of hair from online vendors, with each experience delivering a different, but not always positive result. This is not the case with Asteria Hair. I have been in constant contact with two of the sweetest, most knowledgeable, and professional customer care representatives: Echo and Jennie. They have literally moved the world to ensure that all of my questions, concerns, and requests have been addressed regarding my wigs. They have included me in every detail and discussion of my wigs. They have done EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to make sure that I, as well as many others, are pleased with our purchases. I have never experienced customer service that is this dedicated and committed to making sure that I am completely pleased and satisfied with my purchases. It is very obvious that they take pride in their products, and they truly want their customers to be happy! I'm very grateful to have found Asteria Hair. Beautiful wig I bought 613 30 inch got here quick and absolutely beautiful no full live the lace so my baby hairs will be on fleek not a scam actually really good hair!!

I ordered my unit on Friday and received it Tuesday. It was Nicely packaged and didn't have a bad odor . The quality of the hair was great. I Will be ordering from this website again !

First time ordering a wig from this company. Was a little doubtful as I have purchase several wigs from other companies and its never as described. So decided to pay a little more to see if I can get what I paid for. And for my surprise the hair is Extremely Beautiful. I ordered a 28” Curly Full HD Lace with 250% density. And when I tell you its full of hair its Full. Never seen a wig with so much hair. The length is alao on point. Im 5,9 and it touches my butt when its wet. The hair its super soft and cant wait to start wearing it.
