Absolutely love my hair, very soft

I bought a wig for over $630 which was hard earned money as a single mum of two and money I saved for a while. When the wig got here I was so excited and happy and things seemed fine until I did the first Co-wash! Their hair has excessive shedding I mean it was all the time and their hair would tangle up really easily. I feel that those things shouldn’t happen for hair priced this high. The seller wanted to help but they wanted me to send the hair back on top of that they provided a list of things they said you need to do to the hair etc. this isn’t my first time purchasing hair I’ve been doing this for years years lol and I know if you have good quality hair it requires care but not as much maintenance… please safe your money because that money could’ve been half of my rent money and trying to dispute it did work.

This company is a rip off!! I ordered over a month ago and haven't received my package yet.. they have been giving me the run around via email and messager and with NO solution.. even though I paid for insurance for the delivery.. still nothing.. I am now ordering Yolova wigs.. my orders have been arriving no later than 2 weeks from the day I've placed my orders.. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO..

I was having issues with my order with the address and shipping and I had a photoshoot in a week. Jennie made everything so much better by taking care of my situation with such urgency and care and I got my order right on time

They never disappoint!! I've bought from this company several times, even wholesale orders and the quality has always remained consistent. Very good quality, the bundles lasts long also. Thick all throughout and minimum shedding. Give them a try, you definitely won't regret it.

I ordered a 34 inch loose deep wave wig with 250% density and HD lace. I was so nervous at first because it took a minute to have Mara order processed but I will say that this company worked hard to make sure that my way got here early. The communication was the best part! I was so happy to be able to communicate with somebody about my order and they treated my situation with such grace. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Plus, the hair is beautiful and true to length! Thick all the way down to the ends! Very minimal shedding.

I have ordered over 10 Wigs from Asteria and each time I have received impeccable customer service! I’m in the US and the hair arrives in less than a week. The wig comes beautifully wrapped in a silk bag. The hair looks very natural, and doesn’t shed! I get compliments on even my older units!!

First time ordering here and definitely the last. The hair was soft but had a lot of filler/short strands,this made the wig looked liked it had a lot of flyaways, also the lace closure on the wig was atrocious. It ripped within weeks, now I'm having to buy another wig from a different vendor. This is the first time I've received such poor lace on a wig and I'm disappointed. Such a waste of money. Save your money and go to another vendor.

I ordered an 18 inch kinky straight headband wig from Asteria and it was terrible. The wig was thin, there were A LOT of filler hairs and the texture of the hair isn't even kinky. It's silky straight. If you're planning on shopping with them PLEASE keep in mind that there's a HIGH possibility your wig won't look like the YouTubers and influencers.

Beautiful hair and great quality! It did very well in ocean and pool water too! The shipping was fast! They also communicate well regarding your order. I will be ordering again soon!!
