Toujours pas reçu après 1 semaine de retard, Quand je vais sur leurs site et que je fais une recherche avec le numéro de suivi. Ils me mettent erreur, après que le site ait mis un de temps de chargement inutile rien que pour l'ouvrir. Je les soupçonne d'être trop gourmand. données, marketing, et renseignements afin de récupérer des données pour les revendre En gros, je conseil a tout les fournisseurs tels que TEMU de ne pas travailler avec Asendia. Si mon colis arrive tant mieux sinon je demande un remboursement et je dénonce l'entreprise

I had an empty parcel delivered today by this company. I have no idea what it was meant to be. It came via Evri in an Amazon envelope. I'm confused!

My package has not arrived after over 10 days and my tracking has not been updated in over a week. I have written 3 messages to the customer support team and received NO REPLY. This is awful customer service and truly inexcusable. Would do everything to avoid using this company for deliveries in the future.

Je vais bien évidemment ausssssi laisser un avis, négatif. Commande passée le 3 novembre, soit disant pris en charge par expedia uk. Mon colis est introuvable sur la plateforme de trie par la poste. Je vais demander le remboursement, car ce sont des voleurs !!!!!!! Je ne comprends pas comment avec autant d'avis négatifs cette société existe encore. C'est inadmissible que ses escroc continuent encore !!!

Now you are not going to believe this, but it's true:- Iv'e read all those 1 stars, but I suppose that with all that everyday traffic they are a drop in the ocean. I ordered my Amazon package on 7 Nov, not realizing it was coming from the USA. Scheduled delivery was 19-20 November and I received it today (14/11) via Amazon/DPD/Asendia Inbound Huxloe/Evri. Absolutely no paperwork and double the quantity I ordered. So well done to those involved. I rest my case.

One of your drivers hit my car and you are refusing to accept responsibility. You have dash cam footage proving that it was your van drivers fault yet you are refusing to share this with the insurance company. You are a huge company with buisness insurance yet you are expecting me to pay for the damage to my car which was not my fault. Despicable and unjust.

Leider ist asendia richtig s***sse von temu was bestellt trotz das dass paket angekommen ist am samsteg ist immer noch nicht da als temu dpd hatta lief eS ohne probleme ich bin richtig sauer selbst temu hat keine neuichkeit

What can I say? My package DID arrive after 15 business days. BUT, their online tracking SUCKS. It never moves from the day a vendor drops off a package till it is delivered. My package tracking still shows it at 'Information Received' which is the first stage, even though I received my package last week, which is 5 stages not updated. Heck, even my vendor's order page still shows my package is 'on the way'. Incompetent and IDGAF attitude.

I ordered a package in the UK. The tracking says it was delivered the 30th of October. I was on holiday till the 4th of November... No package to be found. Contacted all my neighbour's, nothing to be seen. I sent an email to colisprive: they just answered that the package is nowhere to be found on their part and that I have to contact ASENDIA UK DOM BE. No information whatsoever, no phone number, no email. Definitely not happy with them!!

Selbst 1 Stern ist übertrieben! Ein Deutscher Versender hat mittels ASENDIA einen von mir bestellten Artikel vor 14 Tagen diesem Spediteur übergeben. Die Größe der Verpackung läßt die Zustellung in den Briefkasten zu. Ein Artikel solcher Größe ist normalerweise innerhalb von 3 Tagen in Wien. Ich habe bis heute (4.11.2024) nichts erhalten. Aber auch der Verkäufer dieses Artikels, die Firma "ElectroPapa" hüllt sich in Schweigen und macht keine Angaben zum Versand (Sendungsnummer u.s.w.)

Franchement je partage mon expérience parce que je vois que bcp de personnes ont mis un avis négatif du coup j’ai commander une paire chez Reebok.eu pris en charge par asendia j’ai commandé dimanche je les reçu hier soit 6 jours après avoir passé la commande j’ai lu bcp d’avis négatif chose qui m’a fait peur un peu je vous avoue mais sérieux le colis a été livré petit bémol je n’étais pas chez moi et le livreur de chez la poste s’est permis de jets dans mon jardin chose que je n’ai pas compris mais je l’ai trouver en rentrant donc nickel rien à dire superbe chaussure

Fails to respond to sender or receiver when there is a problem. Package is stuck due to insufficient address information, and we need Asendia to instruct the delivery partner. No replies via the online contact form, and no telephone number to call. Update: tried the telephone number 0845 873 8155. Only option is to leave a message because selecting the option to speak to an operator sends you back to leaving a message. It's an 0845 number, so the call is at my expense. Had no response after leaving a message. If someone from Asendia is reading this, please reach out to try and resolve. Update #2: Had an e-mail reply, but was told the matter was for the UK delivery partner. Yet the UK delivery partner tell me it is a matter for the sending postal authority. I am stuck, and my parcel is going round in circles, and looks likely to be exported back out of the UK a second time. Update #3: Parcel returned to sender because according to the UK delivery partner the CP72 address label and the CN22 customs declarations were missing

Kein Stern, es wird in Abwesenheit nichtgeorderte Ware geliefert. Angegebene Tel.Kontakt ist nicht besetzt. Schickt alles zurück, vorab prüft mit Zeugen (!!), dass am Inhalt nichts verändert/entnommen wurde, Kosten trägt der Eigentümer der Ware, droht mit Anwalt. Diese Metho-de ist schäbig, es oktroyiert Men-schen zu einem nicht gewünschten Kauf. Sehr unseriös. Sahese B. Asendia stellte in meiner Abwesenheit zu, verantwortlich ist EUROSHOP und "Schöner Leben" , Sitz in Troisdorf, deren angegebene Tel. und auch die Webseite ist nicht erreichbar. Ich habe Info von der hiesigen Polizei einge-holt und werde die Firma anzeigen.

A mon tour de laisser un commentaire négatif. Commande passer sur le site Reebok pris en charge par asendia UK ensuite Colissimo. Colis soit disant livré a un voisin bien entendu aucun voisin n'a eu mon colis et pas vu de livreur ce jour là. Colissimo se base sur le scan livré donc je suis un menteur. Plainte déposée à la gendarmerie enquête en cours. Bien entendu la réponse de asendia a été pas de remboursement car Colissimo leur dit scanné en livré !!!!

Bonjour, je vais faire rapide, grosse commande pour une soirée que j’organise, colis marqué livré le 21 octobre mais au 24 toujours aucune nouvelle. Service client INEXISTANT, ne répond JAMAIS (peu importe l’heure le numéro envoie sur messagerie ou raccroche immédiatement, j’ai essayé différents numéros). Nous avions bloqué notre journée pour être à la maison pour réceptionner notre commande, qui n’est jamais arrivé, aucun appel de livreur, aucun voisin n’ayant vu quoi que ce soit. Le néant. Résultat AUCUN article reçu pour la déco et cadeaux prévus pour notre soirée avec +100 personnes, organisée depuis 2 mois pour notre départ, qui tombe à l’eau à cause de ces immondes incompétents faisant la sourde oreille. Un remboursement n’est même pas proposé et ne suffirait de toute façon pas à rattraper ce gâchis. Je souhaite sincèrement à leur entreprise de faire faillite au vu de la foultitude d’avis négatifs parsemant leur trustpilot . Purement minable.

There has been no update to my tracking since 27th August. Between 23rd September and 24th October I submitted 4 support requests and messaged them on Instagram and have no response whatsoever. Their customer service is non-existent and the fact that there is no way to contact them apart from relying on a support request form (that no one seems to respond to) does not sit well with me. There is no option to submit a complaint, though even if there was it would probably be another form they choose to ignore. It is very unfortunate that the sender could only use Asendia and I will most definitely not use them ever again, as well as advising everyone I know that Asendia are unreliable.

I have been waiting for a package for two months that was being sent from Singapore to the UK. The tracking shows that it was handed to Asendia on August 27th, 2024 in Singapore, and has not moved or been updated since then. Neither the seller nor I have had any response from Asendia. I have sent four different contact forms to Asendia and no one has returned that contact. I also have not been able to get through by phone or by email address. Tracking Number: LS476916138CH Asendia Tracking ID: ASSG20002551096421 Genuinely disappointed in the service and Asendia's lack of response. I caution anyone planning to use their service against it - especially after seeing all the copy and paste replies to reviews here. Even when you follow their advice and contact using the form, you do not hear back.
