I ordered a parcel to go from England to France. Was asked to pay customs fees online which I did. Had receipts from La Poste and confirmation that Asendia had taken the money from my bank. La Poste then delivered the parcel and the person receiving (who was not the actual recipient) paid the customs fees again. I sent all receipts and confirmation of both payments to Asendia and they said it was not their responsibility, although it states clearly in my bank account that they have had the money. Not impressed.

No attempt made to deliver and a barefaced lieI had a notification from the shop app that my order was on the way. I kept checking my mailbox but the next day got a notice from the shop app that a delivery had been attempted but failed. and gave a time. Incidentally all notifications were from the shop app NOT Asendia. Well why was it attempted not delivered? Excellent question! 1. I was at home at that time no one rang our bell 2. We have post boxes that are large enough to take large packages it could have been left there safely. They stated that there was nowhere safe to leave it. That is utter rubbish!!! So I’ve complained to Asendia and let the sender know I wanted them to try deliver again. Although I didn’t ask for it I had my money refunded instead. What a useless courier company no tracking information from them( only the shop app) and a barefaced lie as to why it wasn’t delivered. If our address is so undeliverable how come I get packages from every one else, even when I’m not home… and this time I was!
I ordered from Etsy USA in October 2024. Today is 7 December 2024. Last update for Asendia USA is 15 November 2024! This is the worst courier service! I guess I won't receive my parcel until next year if ever🥺
My order was dispatched by Beautyabay on 15th November using AsendiaUk service, it 6th Dec today and the last tracking update on asendia's tracking site is of 26th November. Nothing updated after that? I contacted Beauty Bay twice and every time they only reply saying we have raised this query with our delivery partner and then they will have nothing from Asendia. It's so frustrating, I spent $200 and got nothing yet and no helpful responses.

They dont understand the logistics component of being a logistics company, where they are paid to transport something from one place to another, on a schedule. 2 of those things have not been achieved, the transporting of a thing, and on a schedule.
Voor de derde keer wordt een pakketje door steevast dezelfde koerier van Asendio van ver op onze oprit gesmeten. Enorm onrespectvol. Onze camera capteert alles en ik heb het voor de 3de keer laten weten via website asendio maar geen reactie! Geen telefoonnummer beschikbaar, geen communicatie mogelijk.

Das Paket wurde planmässig geliefert. Deponiert wurde es jedoch AUF dem Briefkasten, der sich am Rand der verkehrsreichen und vielfrequentierten Kantons- und Dorfstrasse (auch Fussgänger) befindet. Wir waren am Liefertag nicht zu Hause und hatten grosses Glück, dass das Paket nicht gestolen wurde. Der sichere Hauseingang mit Windfang und Sichtschutz befindet sich nur etwa 5 Meter von der Strasse entfernt
Un paquete que me venía de Alemania nunca apareció, después de 1 año con envíos mensuales que recibía puntualmente, fue cambiar el método de envío y a la primera paquete perdido. La empresa, estoy muy agradecida, lo ha vuelto a enviar, espero que esta vez sí lo entreguen y no se pierda como el anterior.
Bought in august and received in October. Rubbish tracking. Says out for final mile yet does come for days amd even week unless you call them and ask where it is. Then they say oh its lost. How are they able to run in australia with all these terrible reviews. Needs to be shut down.
The first order would have arrived after three weeks but by then we had already moved. So, Swiss Post returned the parcel. If they had normal delivery time spans the parcel should have arrived easily before our move. Now, Asendia lost the shop's renewed delivery during transit. Maybe the third time is the charm? They seem to be pretty much in the shit at Asendia
Horrible! I search a parcel from us about 5 days. In my tracking report Address unknown ( it seems like a usual procedure ). Ready at the pickup point. Which pickup point? Where ? Nothing to see in this tracking report. We have about hundreds in Frankfurt. Unbelievable!!!
Comment faire pour retiré l'étoile car une c'est déjà trop.commande effectué le 12 octobre un 33 tour vinyl.. des Etats unis le colis arrivé en Suisse..douane?! pourquoi en Suisse ?! On sait pas trop.dernier message y'a un mois colis arrivé a destination où ça en tout cas pas chez moi...je me renseigne sur cette obscure boîte... création en 2012 entre la poste française et suisse...tout s'explique!!belle bande de bouffons.
