My package from Hong Kong has been waiting at its final location (delivery center) for exactly 1 week. It hasn't been delivered for a week!! No updates are being made!! Finally after 7 days I have received the pack.
tracking erst 6 tage nach zollabfertigung verfügbar. falsche lieferung erhalten (eine einer anderen person - trackincode und adresse stimmte, inhalt aber ein komplett anderer. statt bastelsachen eine trinkflasche und kleidung, eine andere person wird nun meine dringend erwartete sendung bekommen haben. logistik = 0! bei aliexpress (ohne asendia) hatte ich die letzten jahre nie probleme. einmal bei temu bestellt und hat nicht geklappt…
Würde gerne 1 Stern geben geht aber nicht! Seit 10.10 also wo in Hongkong das Paket an Asendia übergeben wurde gibt es keine Aktualisierung vom Tracking mehr! Hab bei Asendia in Österreich angerufen! War der unfreundlichste Anruf denn ich je hatte! Die Dame war so unfreundlich und hat mir einfach keine Auskunft gegeben! ich solle bei der Post fragen... Ich hoffe dieses Unternehmen wird geschlossen und die Dame fristlos gekündigt!!!! WERDE RECHTLICHE SCHRITTE GEGEN DIESE FIRMA EINLEITEN!!!!
This carrier is absolute CRAP. First it says parcel is picked up. And later it doesn’t give any tracking information even though correct tracking number is used.Most confusing.It’s a nightmare to get any information from the carrier’s website for tracking.God help!
Asendia USA: EEUS004926939GB0 Received a very fancy-looking email today, saying, "how wonderful, your package has been delivered". I look at the tracking information, that tells me the exact moment at which it was delivered: 5.43pm I was in, and no package was delivered. Maybe they are making it up ... or maybe they delivered it somewhere else and failed to tell me WHERE !! The tracking info' doesn't even tell me which UK courier was used ... and certainly provides no contact email to say "NO IT WASN'T DELIVERED!!"
Asendia doesn't deserve a one-star. Unfortunately, this is the only way to leave a review. They claim to have attempted delivery of an eBay order at 6:46 a.m. when I was home. Then they neglected to advise me where I can collect the package. Also, I have had delivered packages by Asendia that have been thrown at least six feet to land, not at my entrance but at my garage door. eBay needs to wake up based on Asendia's poor performance!
Ich warte seit über 2 monaten und das paket kommt nicht! Das letzte ubdate habe ich vor einem monat erhalten. jetzt kein zeichen mehr. Auf amazon steht dass ich bald mein geld zürückerstatten kann. Aja und auf der tracking Webesite können sie mein Paket nicht einmal finden. Diese Firma ist so schlecht!
Ho acquistato un articolo che risultava essere spedito tramite Asendia. Una volta controllato il tracking number, vedo che la spedizione è stata delegata a LePoste. Il corriere passa mentre io non sono in casa, e ora non so dov'è andato a finire il mio pacco. Non è praticamente possibile scrivere un'email a LePoste, mentre a Asendia ho scritto ma non ho ricevuto risposta. In sostanza, non ho capito chi ha effettivamente gestito la spedizione e soprattutto chi ha la responsabilità dell'accaduto e dell'attuale sparizione dell'oggetto che dovevo ricevere.
Please don’t buy off this shipper if you’re a seller who relies on good package tracking. My package was said to be stuck in transit for 6 days then skipped the process and just ended up at my doorstep. No clue how long it actually takes for it to arrive. I thought they had lost my package but I ended up receiving it after 11 days.

Hice una compra por piping rock para Colombia,en el rastreo del pedido me dice que la dirección que di está incompleta/ incorrecta, pero la dirección que puse la verifiqué y es REAL, lo único que no especifiqué es que la dirección corresponde a un almacén de calzado y no a una casa. Compre unos productos de Piping Rock hace 15 dias los enviaron con asendia guia F77JIE2N1018 segun el rastreo llegaron a Bogotá Colombia y nada que los envian a mi domicilio, no hay manera de contactalos

Sketchy courier. Made no delivery attempts and said they're sending it back to the seller after failed delivery attempts less then 2 days after the package was shown to have entered the country. No clue how to contact them or leave delivery instructions. Very disappointed chain reaction cycles switched from dhl to this poor excuse for a company

Aggiornamenti continui e coerenti, il plico è arrivato una settimana prima del previsto, non ho riscontrato nessuna delle difficoltà di molte altre persone. Voglio precisare però che il mio plico proveniva dai Paesi Bassi.
