Ordered a coat for my wife,after 4 weeks I rang them up ,the lady couldn't understand why I hadn't received the coat which was a birthday gift..another 2 weeks passed I rang again and spoke to a bloke who said he'd chase it up?? He rang me back and told me that they where having issues with there supplier..when it comes back into stock he would ring me....another week passes by and then it turned up out of the blue..... No apologies for the delays ....

Great product (Skellerup Quatro Insulated wellies) at a competative price, fast delivery and great comms on delivery. These boots are just as comfortable and much better lasting than some of the better known brands that cost twice (or more) as much which I have found tend to fail just after the warranty runs out.

Recently purchased some Aigle Benyl Wellies from ArdMoor. Wanting a slimmer calf fit wellie, suitable for walking and not too heavy, I’d been specifically looking for this boot. After visiting a few sites that advertised it, but not able to find what I was after, I finally arrived at ArdMoor. Their website was easy to navigate and the product descriptions were clear, informative and comprehensive. They delivered what their google result offered and had the exact boot! A great price, super easy journey from selection to checkout completion and then clear and communicative emails to keep me updated through to dispatch, tracking & delivery. They were very transparent that dispatch would be 3-5 working days after ordering (other sites are far less honest!) and despite Royal Mail strike days, the boots arrived far quicker than I expected. Excellent, easy experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend! A very happy customer who will most definitely be returning.
