I called with my query and I got straight to speak to someone. I was so keen to get my Black Friday deal, I bought a larger size and paid postage again. When I mentioned it, a Royal Mail link was given to cover the tracked return;confirmation my order had been received and upfront explanation about postage strike. Brilliant.

The product itself is great, however your service was very poor. I sent an email asking for an update on delivery, to be given a standard fob off reply. However apparently my item was due to be posted that night, it must have been sent on the slow bus from China as it took another email ( which I never received a reply to ) and almost another week to finally arrive. Not very good for future business I'm afraid, doubtful I will use you again and certainly won't recommend your service to anyone. I wonder if you'll reply to this review.
