Absolute joke! I got told my item would definitely! arrive before Christmas as it was ordered on the 9th, but I have now received confirmation it will arrive on the 28th, not happy at all and will never order from again.

Great quality boots, once posted they came quickly
Ordered everything, then received email saying they didn’t have the coat I had ordered in stock so had to cancel. Was disappointed. Long turn round on my walking boots coming, however they sent an email explaining that deliver can be a bit longer sometimes.
