Communication was good. Item was as described. Arrived in time for Christmas and the recipient was delighted with his gift. So many issues with delivery added to the usual slow process in this part of Scotland during December which is why we were so delighted when it arrived. No other company we tried could provide the same level of service in December .

Great shop, I was worried that I wouldn't get my items in time for Christmas as I ordered late but received in time. Unfortunately teen didn't answer the door to Royal mail so their gift sat in the post office for 4 days, instant karma. But once opened, happy kid.
