Purchased an Arctic Liquid Freezer Pro III 420mm for my hubby's PC. there was a minor defect from the factory which I reported to Arctic Support; I received the best customer service in my 50 years! They were polite, patient and very helpful throughout the entire process.. My minor issue was resolved in a timely manner, and hubby and I are totally happy. It's a breath of fresh air to get such amazing quality of customer service, from a real person. I would give Arctic 6 out of 5 if that were possible. Excellent Products and aftersales support.

(Update am Ende) Originale Bewertung: Top Produkte, Top Support ... (bisher) Liebes Arctic Team, ich habe am 27.03.2024 mit einem eurer Supportmitarbeiter ein nettes Gespräch zum Launch euerer P14 Max Lüfter gehabt. Da ich ein kleines Problem mit meinen P12 Max habe, sagte der Mitarbeiter ich solle eine Email an service[at]arctic.de schicken. Gesagt getan. Keine Antwort. Etwa 1 Monat später habe ich euch über das Kontaktformular unter arctic de/de/menu/support kontaktiert. Bis heute keine Antwort. Was ist da los? Könnt ihr in meinen Fall noch mal rein gucken? ------------------------------------------------ Update 5 Tage später: Es lag wohl ein Problem/Fehler mit deren Kontaktformular und meinem E-Mail Provider vor, weshalb keine E-Mails bei mir ankamen. Nach kurzen E-Mail Verkehr wurden mir entsprechende Ersatzprodukte sehr schnell zugesendet. Wie gewohnt ein Top Service von Arctic. Beste Grüße gehen nochmal an Simon Willkop (Service Manager) raus, der sehr schnell und freundlich auf meine E-Mails geantwortet hat! :)

Der Lüfter meines Arctic Freezer i35 ARGB hat gerattert Kundendienst war super einfach ein kurzes Video davon an den Support geschickt und 2 Tage später hatte ich einen neuen Lüfter in der Post. War so zufrieden das ich mir bei meinem neuen PC eine Arctic Liquid Freezer ii 360 AIO gekauft habe

Fehlerhaftes kontruiertes AIO Version 3 non RGB Mount des Kuehlers auf Brackets nicht moeglich, folge CPU Pins abgebrochen und Mainboard Sockel Plastik defekt. Support:"Koennen Sie es nicht montieren, dann machen sie etwas falsch." Ich habe Bilder geschickt und es wurde mir ein Video geschickt, wie man es richtig montiert. Folge, das Einschrauben der Schrauben in die Halteklammern, ist immer noch nicht moeglich. Problem: Der Abstand Kuehler zu CPU ist zu niedrig. Eigen Loesung: Andere Distanzhuelsen fuer die Halteklammern(Brackets) muessen her. 13mm hoch statt 9mm.

Hello, I am very happy to say that services was super fast and I got my AiO in less then one week. It is worth mentioning that my AiO which I ordered was delivered to Lithuania, so it was international delivery. Very quick response from Arctic team ! Thank you ! 🫡

I have been buying from Arctic for several years and many custom PC builds now. The experience has always been flawless. I compare prices every time I build a new PC or update and yet I've always return to this supplier. in March I needed support for a 3-year-old Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 which did not have an adapter for an Intel i9 processor. The always friendly Support Team was off for the holidays but got it sent quickly as soon as they returned. In the same period, I needed a new cooler for another build. I compared prices and Arctic was again a no-brainer, the mix between cost-benefit, quality and second-to-none support keeps me coming back to Arctic and happy to do so. I bought Arctic Liquid Freezer III and my cool new PC runs as smoothly as ever.

Ich hatte ein kleines Problem bei meiner Bestellung und später nochmal ein kleines Hindernis, was durch mich verursacht wurde. Der Kundenservice ist einfach nur absolut freundlich und schnell - absolut vorbildlich! Hier können sich einige Unternehmen mal eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden, es wird schnell reagiert und schnell Lösungen gefunden. Dazu ist generell Preis Leistung bei den Produkten von Arctic meiner Meinung nach Spitze! Bitte weiter so!

I placed an order on Arctic.de on 29th March 2024 for Liquid Freezer III 240 A-RGB (Black) with full payment. I waited for 3 days to receive the order status and transit information as this was an international order. I am still waiting for any confirmation on my ask about the expected delivery timelines. I have dropped a couple of emails and those seems to be going into spam mailbox of the support staff. Since the products are on a costly side and there is no clue about the delivery timelines, I am losing any hope on my order and feeling like lost money.

In November bought a full pc upgrade which includes a Arctic Liquid Freezer II A-RGB aio. One of the fans start playing up, making horrible noise ,stopping etc. As advice by the store where i purchase the aio i did contact Arctic , week now without any reply , been totally ignored. @edited Problem has been solved , hope so...

Ich hatte mir über Amazon ein 5er Pack der P12 PWM Case Fans gekauft, welche einfach super sind. Einer hatte aber leider das Problem, dass er bei höherer Drehzahl anfing am Fan Gehäuse zu kratzen, was zu unangenehmer Lautstärke geführt hat. Daraufhin habe ich über die Website den Support kontaktiert und habe direkt am nächsten Tag eine sehr nette Antwort erhalten, dass mir der Lüfter ersetzt wird.

Asked Arctic support (Germany) if the Freezer II 420 would fit on my ASUS Rog Strix Z790-E Gaming Wifi II because the Z790-F type is on their incompatible list. They confirmed their AIO should fit my mainboard, so I've ordered one through their webshop and received the latest revision. Unfortunately the pump and brackets interfere with the mainboards top heatsink. update 03/01/2024: the same day they offered me the option to exchange the product or return it. Got the money back and ordered the Freezer III. Today I've installed it and this version works great!

Arctic is one of my absoloute favourite brand of products. I've been in contact with their support twice for lga1700 brackets for my two coolers, and within a day they've been shipped free of charge.

3 Monitorarme gekauft, 3 Mal das selbe Problem. Lösung: Bau doch alles ab, und schick uns das Teil zu, damit wir dann 2 Wochen intern alles anschauen. Support nichtmal freundlich, trotz mangelhafter Produktqualität.

They were wonderful! One of the best customer service experience I ever had. So, I have an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280mm. I requested a service kit for it (it had some known manufacturing problems) and my AM4 mounting kit was also bent a bit. I couldn't buy the mounting kit from them, so I just requested it, but they were very nice and helpful and sent it to me free of charge in the same package with the service kit. They've earned my brand loyalty!

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Produkt (dem Artic Recovery tub) und vor allem dem Kundenservice. In meinem Bundle war etwas defekt und es wurde mir schnell und problemlos ersetzt. Super kulant. Danke dafür!!! Ich kann Artic Recovery nur weiterempfehlen!
