Arctic's products are always great value for money, been using them for many years without any issues. And as for their online store (My first experience with it): My order was handled very quickly and shipping was extremely fast. Items were packed with care, very satisfied all in all.

je suis monter tout en artic pour les ventilateur en argb tres content du résultat . pour artic 420 argb je n'ai pas encore ouvert car je suis entrain de monter ma tour mais personnellement je pense que cela sera a la hauteur de vos produit

Slow delivery Bought a 1700 motherboard which came wit some sort of mounting kit, all which was missing were 4 screws 1 mm shorter than the ones I got with my cooler

First of all, the price. That matters the most, because of you can make with your budget. Your products have been great for the money, so I bought them again. I’m grateful that Arctic, as a brand, has products that are price conscious and have quality to them. I had issues with said products, and had my own faults and Arctic still provided me with the best support, so I will buy from Arctic again because the company earned my respect and gratefulness.

I recently made a new PC build and chose Arctic AIO Liquid Freezer II 420mm as my CPU cooler. This is where all my excitement has gone out the window. I have had only issues with this AIO from pump failing after 2 weeks to fans making an annoying hum and buzzing. I tried contacting Arctic support for the last 10 days without success. I can't do anything more. The only reason I bought this AIO is because of the overwhelming positive reviews but I regret everything. I am stuck with a broken AIO, my PC can't run anymore and Arctic support not answering. Edit: I have received an answer for my ticket #CS402554, to contact my reseller. I had already done that and received no help from them. I am completely stuck. Edit2: This is turning out into the classic situation of spending hours upon hours to fix and not getting anywhere. Received a return label which I cannot use through the specified carrier. It will take weeks to send my unit into service and then who knows how long to receive a replacement. Meanwhile my PC is unusable without the AIO. Final conclusion: Support is unhelpful. Local reseller won't exchange. Arctic Support won't cooperate. Don't buy Arctic. Bad products and bad support. I will have to throw the Arctic AIO to the trash and buy something else. Wasted 150€. As expected Arctic is also trying to silence my complaints and review, and flagged it intentionally after not responding to my emails. Final edit: To answer your "incorrectness". You have provided the alternatives after I insisted. The label works ONLY and ONLY with my national post service. I found this after I spent time to try and use DHL services specified in your mail. So it is no carrier or courier. But if I have to insist this much to get an answer and only then to receive a return label through the National Post Service, it is a bad joke. I have asked for an Advanced RMA, yet you omitted that. An advanced RMA means I pay in advance for a new unit and you return my funds when you receive a broken unit. You refused... Also it is YOUR product that failed, so in the essence your products have issues and are shipped broken... but I am "trash talking". Thank you for your opinion regarding broken products being shipped as new.

I needed a second fan for my 280 rad as my existing one didnt have enough clearance due to the ram. ( I know my bad, last time I build a pc was 10 years ago). Anyway I was googling for slim 140 fans and one of the top reccomended was the P14 SLIM PWM PST. I know Arctic from their thermal paste mainly and I thought I was gonna check it out. I went to the site and check the fan out. I ordered it and it arrived today. PROs I installed the fan as it had enough clearance from the ram due to its slim size! It works really well and doesnt make any extra noise compared to my previous fan config. Really happy with the purchase. Really easy to install to the rad, screws were of high quality with nice threads CONs Invoice was in german, maybe add an option for the invoice to come in english? In case anyone wants to use it. Again with the invoice for the delivery when adding extra details, like adding which door to ring, the letters appeared as ???, maybe due to the encoding. Overall great! Just fix some tiny issues with the DHL delivery method for the rest of EU
