The service I received was 2nd to none. I ordered a piece of driftwood with moss attached, the piece was lovely but unfortunately did not sink. I emailed them and Chris rang me back. He said soak it for 7 days and if no luck contact them again which I did. They sent me a replacement, no quibbling. The piece was also great and did sink. Would definitely use them again. Brilliant service.

Aqua essentials give an amazing service. They were fast and efficient, the plants I ordered were of top quality. I have both a cold water and tropical aquarium, I had the misfortune of using another company a while ago who supplied me with tropical plants with snails eggs in them, am having a lot of trouble with them. With Aqua Essentials I have not had this problem.
