From ordering to delivery very quick
As always the order process was smooth and easy, Monday 12th August I received an email from Chris letting me know one of the plants I had ordered (last one in stock) had melted during the heat. He gave me a few options including the one I chose to wait till Friday 16th August for new stock to arrive. That Friday morning came and I received that fabulous email saying my order has been dispatched. My order arrived in perfect condition Saturday 17th August with a free gift for the delay on my order. Thank you so much Chris, the free gift was awesome and my Starlight Bristlenose Plecos love it. Great company, awesome customer service.
Great customer service and amazing products! Was able to add to my order with ease and without any extra shipping costs due to their excellent communication. When one of the plants I’d ordered melted in the heatwave, Chris emailed promptly to offer me the option of choosing something else, waiting for new stock or a refund. I chose another plant and my order was delivered next day with a surprise free gift - my kribensis are loving the under gravel cave! Plants are of the usual high quality and looking great.

First class service and web site
Was a bit disappointed with the Java ferns, as they didn't have any roots, so couldn't be attached to roots or rocks. They were just individual leaves bunched together with brown root notes about 1 mm.
Order sent to wrong destination when order eventully reached me not in very good condition package damaged, So not very happy,But I have dealt wìth Aqua many times never had any problems ,Hand on heart I think it was outside of their control.
