I've ordered quite a few plants from Aqua Essentials over the past few months, they all arrived well packaged, on time and healthy. Almost all plants have survived in my aquarium and the small subset of plants that didn't survive (one or two species) can most likely be attributed to my water parameters. Overall I'm very happy with the service, the customer support was also great when I had accidentally placed an order with an incorrect email address; they resolved the query quickly. 10/10 🙂

Delivery and plants were great but the Amazon frogbit came complete with pest snails, when I highlighted this I was just told “you should have went for the sterile plants”. Well I never seen this on the site and would have presumed for the sake of £7 they may of refunded or gave some sort of discount. Whilst it may seem petty, the plant went in the bin as I was not risking my tank becoming over run with them! Customer service let this down and I won’t order again on this basis which is a shame.
