The bitterness is not very strong. It is tolerable and easy to eat. I eat as is, or I ground them up in my smoothies, or break them up in my salads. The variety of ways to eat them makes it more likely that I keep consistent!

Always fast delivery, their kernels have more tang than what I have gotten at the local health food store. Apricot power also offers great deals (just got a 2 for one). I have been eating a handful of these with a bit of dried fruit morning and evening for a few years.

You don't take any liability. I have ordered the product, after paying premium for shipping, and I have to check the customs law of my country. You are not proffesional. Box packing is poor and it looks like spurious to me. I will not recommend this to anyone.
