I purchased cases of both the Blueberry & Apricot whole food bars. They are raw, non GMO, have B17, vegan & not too sweet. Great meal replacement or I use 1/2 bar as an afternoon snack.

I bought the Apricot seeds on a recommendation that it may help me fight Lyme Disease, based on a study done. At the very least they should be good for keeping my immune system strong. It's hard to comment on their effectiveness at this point. I only started eating them a couple weeks ago. I don't mind the bitter taste.at first it was a little shocking but now it's fine, they don't taste bad at all. I hope to see/feel a difference in time.
I didn't receive my whole order. I did get very sick from taking (1) 100mg Vitamin B-17 capsule and (2) Apricot seeds. I'm scared of taking it and getting sick again.Not sure. what to do at this point. Might try just taking one capsule and hoping for the best that I don't get sick. If I keep getting sick I don't want to to take it. Hope to get my money back.
