I recommend this company, organic made in America product! These seeds, aka kernels, are really good. They are a bit bitter, as expected, but one gets used to them, and now I gobble them up. I try to eat 7-10 per day, but some days don’t remember to get them out and eat less. My wife also eats a couple a day. I use these with other protocols in efforts to get rid of my stage 4 prostate cancer. Been using them for maybe 4 months now? Ordered my second pound and will soon be getting into it. I took a hormone drug for 7 months, but have been off it now for 4 months. These are not the only protocol I am applying in my regimen, but know they are part of the miracle I’ve experienced- not to discount Almighty God, in whom I believe and have my trust! my numbers have gone from 2404 (!) in December 2016 to 5.25 in October 2017! I will continue with the apricot kernels likely forever. Viva B17!
