I was looking for the attached hinged lid bins. I found some used ones on their site. Unfortunately they were sold. A rep contacted me right away and told me they had new ones they could get for me. They were great quality and fast to ship from the east coast to the west coast. The pricing was decent too. The rep was always communicating every step of the way. They have almost anything you can think of with industrial supplies like that. I was a happy customer and pop on there all the time shopping for stuff. I tell my co-workers and colleagues about their site all the time..

I had a last minute request for 4 rolling warehouse ladders. One of the sales reps Ben was so quick to get our order fulfilled and we were able to pick it up 2 days later. Everyone we dealt with at American Surplus was nothing less than stellar.
The product was great, but the salesmen did not give me accurate lead-time information. I believe his main focus was the sale not my needs.
