Bad Seller ordered a couple of Ball Transfer Tables and were delivered incomplete and missing the top. Company sells one thing and delivers another will not deal with them ever!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
The only reason I rated this 4 stars is because of the first salesperson I talked to never got back to me after multiple calls to him. The second salesman I would rate as 5 stars. Helpful, very knowledgeable individual that helped guide me and get me the product we needed

Ordered shelfing units site unseen. I spoke with Mark in sales and he sent pictures of the units. Units were as he described. They had the shelfing units ready and on a pallet in a couple of days. Picked up the shelf units and they were as described. Very happy with the purchase. Would use them again if I need an shelf units.

Sales people push the sale with little knowledge or support after the purchase. After we paid we were continually pushed off on delivery dates. Conveyor was old technology with old leaking drives, belting was unacceptable mismatched end of life belt. Wish I would have purchased a new conveyor, would have cost the same amount after all upgrades and repairs

Still waiting for our pallet wrapper .... unacceptable. Your records are wrong. You cashed my check 4/24/18 so the fact that you happily cashed the check but didn't put it in your system to ship until 5/25/18 is on you and not me.
